- Make conscious choices about birth environment and care
Integration with Other Modules
This module builds directly on the philosophical foundations established in Module 1 and prepares you for the practical newborn care covered in Module 3. The mindful preparation approaches introduced here will be referenced throughout the course as you continue to apply conscious parenting principles.
Mindful Preparation Approach
Our approach emphasizes intention over perfection, connection over control, and preparation that honors both the mystery and the practical realities of birth. We blend ancient wisdom with modern evidence-based practices to create a holistic preparation experience.
